FRIDAY - May 24th
- 7.00-8.00 – breakfast
- 8.15 – departure to the Sport Stadium in Nowy Targ , street Wojsk Ochrony Pogranicza 4
- 9.00 – participant’s preparation to the Olympiad
- 9.30– opening of the Olympiad; participant’s procession in individual Notarial Groups (Chambers); show of Orchestra; common photo of the participants
- 10.30– competitions in following disciplines:
Soccer competition
- 11.00 – I quarter-final Warsaw- Cracow
- 12.00 – II quarter-final Slovakia – Katowice
- 13.00 – III quarter-final Lodz – Ukraine
- 14.00– IV quarter-final Poznan - Hungary
- 16.00– semi-final – winner of Ist and IInd matches
- 17.00 - semi-final – winner of IIIrd and IVth matches
- Matches 2x20 minutes in cup system, winners of quarter-final go to semi-final, winners in semi-final fight for 1st place, defeated fight for 3rd place, defeated in semi-final are places from 5th.

- Matches are in progress to two winning parts /up to 25 in a part/ in cup’ system, the winners of the preliminary round matches go to a quarter-final, then the winners of the quarter-final go to a semi-final, the winners of the semi-final play of 1st place and the defeated play of 3rd place, and the defeated of the preliminary round and quarter-final occupy places from 5th -12 th
Competition takes place hall of Primary school nr 4 in Nowy Targ, Osiedle Niwa 4c – bus shuttles for participants from the Stadium to the hall are at 10.30 after the official Opening Ceremony.

- 11.00 – tournaments are held on three tennis courts in Nowy Targ
- bus shuttles for participants from the Stadium to the courts are at 10.45 after the official Opening Ceremony.

- 14.00-15.30– late lunch at the stadium
- 18.30– departure from the Stadium in Nowy Targ to the rest places /by bus/
- 20.00 – transfer from the rest places to the party place in Nowy Targ street Ludzmierska 29 – restaurant Steskal dinner, songs contest “Everyone can sing” /a band from each Notarial House sing one song or a bunch of songs/

- 1.00 – return to the rest places /by bus/

- 16.30 – tug of war /5-person teams – 3 men and 2 women, cup’ system/
- 18.00– penalty shots by Presidents or Vice-Presidents of Notarial Chambers
Bridge

- 14.00-15.00 – break in competitions – late lunch at the stadium
- 20.15 – final scores, handing medals and cups, fireworks show, dinner, disco
- Buses shuttle from Nowy Targ to the rest centers since 00.30
- 2.30 last shuttle buses from Nowy Targ to the rest centers
SUNDAY - May 26th
- 8.00-9.30– breakfast
- Conclusion of the Olympiad and participants’ departure
The competitions will be joined by representatives of Notary Chambers (notaries,deputy notaries, assessors)from poland and abroad. They need to be reported before competitions start /besides Cheerful Sport- to this one referee takes the enroll just before the contest/
The above program is of a framework nature and depends on the number of participants and teams from individual notary chambers in particular competitions.
For the football, volleyball and basketball games, teams from 2 joined Notarial Chambers may compete, provided that the given Chamber did not report the team itself.
