- 4pm – participant’s arrival, getting in to rest centers Rabka-Zdrój, Rabka Zaryte, Mszana Dolna
- 7pm – dinner
FRIDAY - May 26th
- 7.30am-8.30am – breakfast
- 8.30am – departure to the TURBACZ stadium of Jan Ciszewski, Spadochroniarzy Street in Mszana Dolna
- 9.15am – participant’s preparation to the Olympiad
- 9.30am – opening the Olympiad; participant’s procession in individual Notarial Groups (Houses); show of Orchestra; common picture of the participants
- 10.30am – games in follow disciplines
Soccer competition
- 11.00am – quarter-final Warsaw – Ukraine
- 12.00pm – quarter-final Krakow – Wroclaw
- 1.00pm – quarter-final Gdansk – Hungary
- 2.00pm – quarter-final Slovakia – Katowice
- 4.00pm – semi-final – winner IInd and IIIrd of quarter-final
- 5.00pm – semi-final – winner Ist and IVth of quarter-final
- Matches 2x20 minutes in three groups, winners of quarter-final go to semi-final, winners in semi-final fight of 1st place, defeated fight of 3rd place, defeated in semi-final take plasec from 5th.

- Matches are in progress to two winning parts /up to 25 in a part/ in cup’ system, the winners of the heat round matches go to a quarter-final, then the winners of the quarter-final go to a semi-final, the winners of the semi-final play of 1st place and the defeated play of 3rd place, and the defeated of the heat round and quarter-final occupy places from 5th .
- Games will be in progress in the gym hall, Sienkiewicza Street 2 in Mszana Dolna – bus shuttles from the Turbacz Stadium to the hall.

- 10.45am – participants will be transported from the “Turbacz” Stadium to the courts in Mszana Dolna

- Participant performs three trials
Cheerful sport
- 4pm – weight lifting (women 10 kg, men 17,5 kg)
- 4pm – throws into basket
- 2pm-3.30pm – break in the contest – late lunch at the stadium
- 6.45pm – departure to the rest places /by bus/
- 8pm – transit from the rest places to the party place, dinner – songs contest “Everyone can sing” /a band from each Notarial House sing one song/

- 1am – return to the rest places /by bus/
SATURDAY - May 27th
- 7.30am-8.30am – breakfast
- 8.30am – departure to the TURBACZ stadium of Jan Ciszewski, Spadochroniarzy Street in Mszana Dolna

- 9.30am – sequel of games in follow disciplines

- 10.00am – heat round Wroclaw – Slovakia
- 10.30am – heat round Kazakhstan – Katowice
- 11.00am – I quarter-final Hungary – Ukraine
- 11.30am – II quarter-final Kaliningrad – winner of Krakow-Sankt Petersburg match
- 12.00pm – III quarter-final Gdansk – winner of Wroclaw-Slovakia match
- 12.30pm – IV quarter-final Warsaw – winner of Kazakhstan-Katowice match

- 1pm – obstacle race /4-person teams – 2 men and 2 women, cup’ system/
- 4.30pm – win over line /5-person teams – 3 men and 2 women, cup’ system/
- 6pm – penalty shots by Presidents or Vice-Presidents of Notarial Houses
Bridge
- 11am
- 2pm-3pm – break in contest – late lunch at the stadium
- 8.15pm – final scores, handing medals and cups, fireworks show, dinner, disco
- Buses shuttle to the rest centers every one hour since 12am
SUNDAY - May 28th
- 8am-9.30am – breakfast
- Conclusion of the Olympiad and participants’ departure
The competitions will be joined by representatives from 11 Notarial Houses from Poland and Russia, Slovakia, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Hungary, Turkey, Czech Republic, Romania, Belarus, Kazakhstan – notaries public, assessors. They need to be reported before games start /beside Cheerful Sport/, judges take the enroll just before the contest.
