THURSDAY - June 1st
- 16.00 – participants’ arrival
FRIDAY - June 2nd
- 8.00 – departure to the Sport Stadium in Nowy Targ
- 9.00 – participant’s preparation to the Olympiad
- 9.30 – opening of the Olympiad; participant’s procession in individual Notarial Groups (Chambers); show of Orchestra of volunteer fire brigade from Tenczyn; common photo of the participants
10.30 – competitions in following disciplines:
Men’s volleyball competition
- 11.00 – preliminary round Bialystok – Krakow /sports field nr 1/
- 11.00 – preliminary round Wroclaw – Bulgaria /sports field nr 2/
- 11.45 – preliminary round Gdansk – Rzeszow /sports field nr 1/
- 12.30 – I quarter-final Lublin – Katowice /sports field nr 1/
- 12.30 – II quarter-final Lodz – winner of the Bialystok-Krakow match /sports field nr 2/
- 13.15 – III quarter-final Warsaw – winner of Wroclaw-Bulgaria match /sports field nr 1/
- 13.15 – IV quarter-final Slovakia – winner of Gdansk-Rzeszow match /sports field nr 2/
- 14.15 – I semi-final – winners of I and II of quarter-final /sports field nr 1/

Matches are in progress to two winning parts /up to 25 in a part/ in cup’ system, the winners of the preliminary round matches go to a quarter-final, then the winners of the quarter-final go to a semi-final, the winners of the semi-final play of 1st place and the defeated play of 3rd place, and the defeated of the preliminary round and quarter-final occupy places from 5th-11th
Competition takes place at the gym-hall of Primary school nr 4 in Nowy Targ, Saint Brother Albert 35 street – bus shuttles for participants from the Stadium to the hall are at 10.30 after the official Opening Ceremony.
Ping-pong competition

Competition takes place in City Sports Hall “Gorce” in Nowy Targ, Tysiąclecia 74 street – bus shuttles from the Stadium to the hall are at 10.45 after the official Opening Ceremony
Tennis tournament
- 11.00 – men and women – singles
Competition takes place at the courts by the City Sports Hall “Gorce” in Nowy Targ, Tysiąclecia 74 street – bus shuttles from the Stadium to the courts at 10.45 after the official Opening Ceremony.
Tournaments are held on three tennis courts, cup system, the draw of pairs is at the stadium
Attention! there will be two age-categories in men and women singles tennis tournament - I: up to 45 years old, II: older than 45

Participants will be transported at 10.15 after the Opening Ceremony from the Stadium to the Municipal Swimming Pool in Nowy Targ, Plac Evry 4 street

Cheerful sport

- concert "American Dream" – Wiktoria Węgrzyn-Lichosyt with the band
- songs contest “Everyone can sing”
A band from each Notarial House sing one song or a bunch of songs
SATURDAY - June 3rd
- 8.00 – departure to the Sports Stadium in Nowy Targ
- 9.15 – participant’s preparation to the competitions
- 9.30 – competitions in following disciplines:
Soccer competition
- 11.00 – I semi-final Krakow – Katowice
- 12.00 – II semi-final Warsaw – Slovakia
- 15.00 – match for 3rd place
- 16.00 – match for 1st place
Matches 2x 20 minutes, the winners of the I and II semi-finals fight for the 1st place in the final, the defeated fight for the 3rd place
Basketball
- 9.30 – I quarter-final Slovakia – Katowice
- 10.00 – II quarter-final Gdansk – Krakow
- 10.30 – III quarter-final Wroclaw – Lodz
- 10.30 – IV quarter-final Warsaw – free fate
- 11.30 – I semi-final – winners of I and II of quarter-finals
- 12.00 – II semi-final – winners of III and IV of quarter-finals
- 13.30 – match for 3rd place
- 14.30 – match for 1st place

Cheerful sport
- 11.00 – darts for women and men – sports club building at the stadium
- 13.00 – obstacle race /4-person teams – 2 men and 2 women, cup’ system/
- 16.30 – tug of war /5-person teams – 3 men and 2 women, cup’ system/
- 17.30 – penalty shots by Presidents or Vice-Presidents of Notarial Chambers
Bridge
- 11.00 – in a tent building at the stadium
- 19.30 – announcement of results and presentation of medals and cups
SUNDAY - June 4th
- Conclusion of the Olympiad and participants’ departure
The competitions will be joined by representatives of Notary Chambers (notaries, deputy notaries, assessors) from Poland and abroad. They need to be reported before competitions start, besides Cheerful Sport - to this one referee takes the enroll just before the contest.
The above program is of a framework nature and depends on the number of participants and teams from individual notary chambers in particular competitions.
For the football, volleyball and basketball games, teams from 2 joined Notarial Chambers may compete, provided that the given Chamber did not report the team itself.
